Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or incorrect. If this is the case please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. If approved, we'll arrange a return and refund.

Yes! Our virgin hair be dyed and lift to #27. However, we recommend testing a strand first and having it done professionally for best results.

With proper care, your bundles or wig can last up to 2 years or longer.
